I design and deliver regular movement and dance programmes for care homes across Cambridgeshire. There is plenty of research showing the benefits of dance for older people’s physical and emotional wellbeing and I certainly see this every week. I have trained in dance for people living with Parkinson’s and also for people with dementia.
